CPA Robert Kakooza is currently the Manager Finance and Administration at the Bureau responsible for finance policy development, implementation and overall financial and physical resources management. He ensures proper resource allocation, utilization and prudent accountability in line with government of Uganda regulations.
Kakooza's experience as a finance executive spans a period of over 16 years having worked with various entities in Consultancy, Banking, Oil and Gas and Health Care. He has led finance teams as a Finance Director at One World Health Uganda Limited, as a Head of Finance at St. Francis Hospital Nsambya among other entities.
Kakooza is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA -UK) and a member of the Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (CPA-Uganda). He has a Master of Science in International Corporate Finance from the University of Salford – UK, a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from UMI, and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Makerere University.
