Mr. Daniel Arorwa is the Manager, Market Surveillance. He has over 13 years of experience in Customs Operations. He holds a Master of Arts in Business Administration (ESAMI), Diploma in Management (UMI), and Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (MUK).
He has previously worked with Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) as Manager, Enforcement Operations -Customs, among other responsibilities including Regional Manager- Customs/Domestic Taxes (URA)-Northern, Regional Manager- Customs (URA)-Western.
He has also undertaken various assignments including Project Manager-Customs Modernization Project 1, National Project Manager-Authorized Economic Operator Project (EAC), Chairman of the Regional steering group World Customs Organization-East and Southern Africa, Member of Compliance and Enforcement Technical committee (East African Revenue Authorities Technical Committees), Trainer East African Freight Forwarders Course.
