Kirabo Sylvia is currently the Head of Marketing and Public Relations responsible for providing strategic direction for the Communication and Marketing function to increase visibility and enhance corporate image of UNBS.

 Sylvia has a rich Communication and Marketing experience spanning over ten (10) years in Strategic Media Management, Corporate Communication and Stakeholder Management.

She previously worked as the Head of Public Relations at the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA), a Public Relations Officer with UNBS and a Communication Specialist with CONSENT Uganda- a Consumer Protection advocacy group.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Management Studies, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Uganda Management Institute, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Makerere University.

Sylvia is a member of Public Relations Association of Uganda (PRAU).
