The Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) has reached out to candidates of Bweyogerere Church of Uganda Primary School, with encouraging messages to enable them excel in the forth coming Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE).
During the meeting, the Principal Human Resource Officer at UNBS, Ms. Lydia Kasule called upon the candidates to stay focused as they prepare for the final examinations.
“Have interest in learning, stay focused, always seek God’s Guidance in all your endeavours.” Ms. Kasule said.
The remarks were made as UNBS staff handed over success cards to the candidates.
The UNBS Principal Public Relations Officer, Ms. Sylvia Kirabo also emphasised the need for students to consume quality products by looking out for the UNBS Quality (‘Q’) mark whenever they go shopping, and also share the quality message with their parents and guardians.
The girl child too was supported with sanitary items to avert any disruptions during the final examinations.
The Management, teachers and pupils of Bweyogerere Church of Uganda Primary School were grateful to UNBS for the kind act.
UNBS continues to perform its mandate of consumer protection through developing, promoting and enforcing standards in protection of public health and safety and the environment against dangerous and sub-standard products.
