UNBS certifies ten (10) more companies to produce sanitizers

Kampala, 17th April 2020 - The Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) has certified ten (10) more companies to produce sanitizers as of 17th April 2020. This is aimed at protecting consumers from buying sanitisers that do not comply with standards and are harmful to their health, in the wake of COVID-19. The ten (10) companies are an addition to the 28 companies that were earlier certified, bringing the total to 38 companies producing 43 brands of sanitizers as listed below
